Swss Bike Cup – Muttenz

It has been 8 weeks ago since my accident in the Lenzerheide. I’m very happy, that my liver healed so quickly and that I my doctor allowed doing the race in Muttenz. I only had two weeks of training and to prepare myself for the last race of my season. During the race I was in a group rank four to eight. I could keep the pace. 1.5 laps before the finish I unfortunately had a flat tire. I crossed the finish line on the 9th place. Bit disappointed about this ranking. But I’m really happy to win the overall ranking U19 of the Swiss Bike Cup 2016. With this result I can now finish my season and prepare myself to the surgery on 8th September in the Hospital of Basel. Thank you WHEELER Pro Team and Intercycle for the great support during the season 2016. I really look forward to next year.
