Spelled pretzel (vegan)

Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Brown baked and salty. It is not «Oktoberfest-time» yet but who does not like a delicious freshly baked pretzel? Did you know: In the 18th century the Christians ate them during their fasting period from Ash Wednesday till Easter.

A lot of people are staying at home due to the current Corona-Situation (me as well by the way). So I thought “let’s make the best out of the situation” and bake some goodies. Here we go.

…I made a bigger amount and put a part of it in the freezer. Whenever I crave some pretzels, I can easily take one out of the freezer and put it in the toaster. Enjoy baking!
