UCI MTB World Cup – Nové Mesto

Good legs, high motivation, fun. Everything important for reaching a good result. I really enjoyed the week between Albstadt and Nové Mesto. No school, no exams, no working in the office. Fully concentrated to the next race. On Saturday at 2 pm the U23 women finally started. During start loop, I unfortunately lost some positions. Then, bad luck in first big lap. Flat tire due a puncture in the rock garden (Mitas Choice). I drove/ran in direction technical zone. After trying to pick up riders three laps in a row, battery was very empty. The last lap was really really hard. Then the 80% rule picked me out of the race. Ended on a disappointed 54th place. Not where I want to be and where I belong. Now fully focused for the next race. I unfortunately won‘t compete in PSBC Gränichen due final exams. Next, stop Swiss Championships Andermatt!
