Short break – Amsterdam

The spontaneous city trip to Amsterdam was great. After my accident in early July, I needed a few days holiday. First I spent 4 days in Amsterdam. Then I did other different things, which I always wanted to do. I went to the swimmingpool in Spiez and I swam in the Lake of Thun. This has been the first time since two years. I also did some hikes with my mother, which were really nice. In these two weeks of holiday, I only did what I really wanted. This break was very well for the body and my psyche.
